Audience Forum Guidelines

In keeping with proper etiquette, we respectfully ask that each member of the audience abide by the following guidelines:

  1. Remember, this is not a debate or campaign rally. It is a forum designed to discuss key issues that are pertinent to the community. Please be reminded that we are attacking the issues and not each other.
  2. Please always be respectful of each other at all times before, during and after the event.
  3. All audience questions will be handwritten on an index card and submitted to our ushers. No verbal questions will come from the audience. Any violation of this will result in removal from the event.
  4. Please be advised that campaign literature is prohibited inside and outside the event facility. Such literature includes but is not limited to campaign t-shirts, buttons, hats, signs, etc.
  5. Please be advised that loud applause or outbursts of any kind are prohibited. Outburst could include booing, derogatory audible spoken comments, etc. Such conduct may result in removal from the event.
  6. Videotaping is prohibited.
